Hello, I'm Tom. Thank you for visiting the Digital Matches website. I started Digital Matches in 2020 with the sole focus of giving the best I could for clients and candidates within the CMS arena. To me this meant bringing a better journey to all involved; a better interview process, better feedback and most of all better job matches. Hooray! I’ve been in Digital Recruitment for over 10 years placing CMS tech-skilled people into a variety of businesses primarily with award winning digital agencies, consultancies and ambitious in-house tech teams.
